Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All workers at offices of the Faculty of Medicine, regardless of their age or sex, were eligible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Only the officers who might retire before three months or refused participation were excluded because this study needed three months of follow-up
