Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-II, of both sexes, aged 18-60 years, Scheduled for ACL reconstruction with a Hamstring graft from the same limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Peroneous longus graft or adductor policis graft from the same limb. • Any type of graft from the other limb. • Severe cardiovascular diseases. • Significant neurological or psychiatric disorders • Patients with a history of coagulopathy or bleeding disorder. • Allergic to local anesthetics. • Injection site infection. • History of drug addiction. • Chronic opioid use. • Pregnant or suspected pregnancy
