Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male patients with bladder tumor eligible for radical cystectomy with pelvic lymph node according to EAU 2022 bladder cancer guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female patients patients undergoing salvage cystectomy

MeasureTime frame
?The Time required for the pelvic lymph node dissection ;?Any intraoperative events especially blood vessel, nerve or ureteric injuries;?Drain output and duration ;?Lower limb status to record any incidence of vascular compromise or lymphedema

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
pelvic fluid collection and lymphocele formation.
