Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 years or older Patients diagnosed with simple transsphincteric anal fistula Patients suitable for surgical management Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with complex anal fistula Patients with Crohn disease or inflammatory bowel disease Recurrent anal fistula Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease or unfit for surgery
