Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: o Age between 18 and 45 years old o ASA 1-2 o BMI 25-35 o Isolated Acl reconstruction surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients 45 years old o Diabetic patients . o Patients with any diseases affecting peripheral nerves eg Autoimmune disorders like lupus, rheumatoid , chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. o Patients refused to participate or not consented to take the peripheral nerve block .

| This study aims at determining whether the preemptive analgesia with adductor canal block in anterior cruciate ligament Repair will differ in postoperative analgesia length , the time of first rescue analgesia and the need for extra analgesia versus giving the block postoperative, so decreasing the length of hospital stay and early ambulation . Also the effect of the preemptive block in controlling the hemodynamics and decreasing the need for opioids intraoperative. | — |
