Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who registered for ANC at the general or district hospitals in the study area. In addition, those who signed the written informed consent form were enrolled in the study. Pregnant women who voluntarily indicated interest in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who did not provide written informed consent were excluded from the intervention. Pregnant women who were sick during the intervention were excluded.

The primary outcome is the prevention of depressive and anxiety symptoms in pregnant women.

The secondary outcome is the reduction of depressive and anxiety symptoms in pregnant women.
