Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-II. Aged = 21 and =60 years old, of both sexes.- Two-level lumbar spine fixation surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Significant neurological or psychiatric disorders Injection site infection. History of allergy to local anesthetics. History of drug addiction or chronic opioid use. Surgical complications, such as dural tear, massive blood loss, and any change in surgical decision other than lumbar fixation. Lumbar spine neoplasms
