Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria • Age = 60 years • Presence of two or more chronic conditions (multimorbidity) • Medically stable and cleared for exercise • Able to ambulate with or without assistive devices • Cognitive soundness, defined as a score of =24 out of 30 on the Mini-Mental State Examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Unstable or uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions • Severe balance impairment preventing safe exercise • Neurological conditions that impair balance, coordination, or postural control (e.g., stroke, Parkinsonian syndromes), resulting in exclusion due to increased fall risk during rebound exercise. • Severe lower-limb musculoskeletal disorders that limit weight-bearing, joint stability, or functional mobility, thereby restricting safe participation. • Severe upper-limb musculoskeletal disorders that compromise grip, support, or balance assistance, limiting safe execution of rebound exercise tasks.
