Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Women aged 45–60 years ? Natural menopause (absence of menstruation for =12 months) ? Using removable prosthetic dental devices for at least 6 months ? Able to read and understand Arabic ? Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Women with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness ? Women with active oral malignancies or acute oral infections ? Women currently participating in another interventional study ? Women using fixed dental prostheses only
