Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Female patients aged 18–65 years. • ASA physical status I. • Scheduled for elective unilateral modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to local anesthetics or any of the study drugs.[Attachment] • Local infection at the injection site.[Attachment] • Chronic pain disorders or opioid use. • Pregnancy. • BMI greater than 40 kg/m². • Psychotic disorders. • Bleeding disorder.
