Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lactating women who meet the following eligibility criteria were recruited into the study: (a) age between 18 and 49 years at the time of recruitment, (b) who have access to a plot of land for home-gardening practices were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lactating women whose age is less than 18 or above 49 years, and who have no access to a plot of land for home-gardening practices, were excluded from the present study. Lactating women who are seriously ill and have deformities during data collection were also not eligible for the study.
