Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 12 years and older Clinical diagnosis of nail psoriasis (finger or toenail involvement) No systemic antipsoriatic therapy within the last 8 weeks No topical nail psoriasis therapy within the last 2 weeks Willingness to avoid other nail treatments during the study period Provided written informed consent to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other psoriasis variants (pustular, erythrodermic, or guttate psoriasis) Presence of onychomycosis or other nail diseases (e.g., trauma, lichen planus) History of hypersensitivity to betamethasone or 5-fluorouracil Pregnant or breastfeeding women Severe systemic illness or immunosuppression Use of systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics within 8 weeks prior to enrollment
