Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Adults (> 18 years old) - Written, signed, and dated informed consent - Presenting spontaneously, or referred by the Komono and Mayéyé integrated health centres, to the Emergency Department of Sibiti Referral Hospital during the inclusion period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Inability to comply with study requirements and procedures - Living in the study area for <2 years. - Participation in an interventional drug trial within the previous 4 weeks. - Immunocompromised status, including HIV infection, major sickle cell disease, splenectomy, congenital immunodeficiency, active solid or haematological cancer, or current immunosuppressive treatment. - Current pregnancy, based on interview and last menstrual period.
