Inclusion criteria: 1. Oncology healthcare professionals (HCPs) 2. Working in public or private healthcare facilities in Kenya. 3. Employed in oncology care settings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. On extended leave or absence during the study period 2. Previously participated in formal BRCA genetic counselling training
