Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study will recruit participants meeting the following inclusion criteria for interventional study: • Participants must voluntary and be capable of providing written informed consent after receiving information about the study procedures, as well as any potential risks and benefits. (Appendix I) • Diagnosed as stage one hypertensive confirmed by a physician (140 to 159 systolic and 90-99 mmHg diastolic blood pressure) without potential complications. • Patients should be sedentary (not achieving 30–60 min per day or 150 min per week of moderate intensity exercise or 20–60 min per day (75 min per week) of vigorous intensity exercise (ACSM's, 2013b; Shiroma et al., 2014) based on the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF) (Craig et al., 2003). (Appendix II) • Participants should be managing their condition through none-pharmacological way SBP =159 and DBP = 99 (Carey & Whelton, 2018). • Participants must be medically cleared for exercise participation through physical activity readiness questionnaire (PARQ) based on ACSM exercise prescription guide line (Pescatello, 2014). (Appendix II) and • A formal physician’s clearance must be provided, confirming the participant is fit to engage in the exercise intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Uncontrolled hyperglycemia >250mg/dl and hypertension (resting BP =200/115 mmHg) (Bayles, 2023). • Individuals with any other chronic health conditions that, in the judgment of the physicians, could pose a safety risk or compromise their ability to participate fully in the study will be exclude. • They develop active infection, acute myocardial infarction, stroke, trauma, or surgery and sever liver dysfunction. • When participants begin taking insulin, antihypertensive medicines, or lipid-lowering medications, they will be excluded.
