Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Forty-six stroke patients from both genders 2. Their ages will range from 45 – 65 years old. 3. post stroke duration will range from 6 to 12 months . 4. Spasticity grade of the upper limb is from 1+to1 according to the Modified Ashworth scale (MAS). 5. Fugl-meyer assessment of upper extremity hand section not less than 7 out 14 6. Medically and psychologically stable patients. 7. The body mass index will range from 18 - 29 Kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological disorders (e.g.: Multiple sclerosis, Parkinsonism…etc). 2. Visual or auditory deficits. 3. Patients with psychological or sever cognitive disorders. 4. Patients with musculoskeletal problems (deformity or contracture). 5. Medically unstable patients. 6. Recurrent stroke.
