Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Generally healthy patients (American Society of Anesthesiologists-ASA class I status) with no previous history of third molar surgery 2. Patients with radiographically diagnosed impacted mandibular third molars within the ages of 18 and 50 years. 3. Patient with impacted mandibular third molar with Pederson pre-operative difficulty assessment score of 7 or less 4. Patient who consents for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of systemic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, stomach ulcer, etc. 2. Patients with a history of allergy or adverse reaction to corticosteroids. 3. Patients taking any anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, or analgesic medications within 2 weeks prior to surgery. 4. Patients with active infection or inflammation at the surgical site. 5. Pregnant women and lactating mothers
