Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 to 65 years. 2. Normal cognitive function (Rapid Dementia Screening Test [RDST] score ? 5). 3. Independent in basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). 4. No cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or orthopedic diseases limiting physical intervention. 5. Provided written and oral informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with dementia. 2. Individuals with psychiatric disorders. 3. Severe medical conditions that restrict participation in active learning or physical sessions.
