Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients aged between 25 and 50 years of either gender • ASA physical status I or II • Scheduled for unilateral ,or bilateral uncomplicated laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • BMI =35 kg/m² • ASA class III or above • Contraindications to regional anesthesia or study drugs

•VAS score 12 hours post operative

• Time to first request of analgesia • The success rate of QLB as an analgesic technique (defined as complete homogeneous loss of sensation after block using the Hollmen scale injecting bupivacaine alone versus bupivacaine with hyaluronidase. • Onset time of anesthesia. • Duration of analgesia; defined as VAS score < 3without rescue analgesia in the first 12 hours. • Hemodynamic variation. • Postoperative pain score and analgesic requirements on the first postoperative day. • Early mobilization
