Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patients aged between 25 and 50 years of either gender • ASA physical status I or II • Scheduled for unilateral ,or bilateral uncomplicated laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • BMI =35 kg/m² • ASA class III or above • Contraindications to regional anesthesia or study drugs
