Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. TBI patients above 18 years seeking care in the chosen regional referral hospitals 2. Patients able to provide voluntary informed consent 3. Consent from the direct caregiver for patients unable to provide voluntary consent 4. Direct care givers willing to participate and give voluntary informed consent

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to provide voluntary informed consent 2. Direct care givers not willing to participate
