Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fourth and fifth year undergraduate dental students who are at risk of developing or already suffering from academic burnout and are enrolled in dental courses at the Faculty of Dentistry.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: postgraduate students and students in undergraduate years other than 4th and 5th years.
