Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 60 years, Patients had an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I or II, And scheduled for elective tympanomastoidectomy under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to participate, Those with an ASA physical status of III or IV, Patients with a history of clinically significant cardiac, hepatic, renal, respiratory, or neurological disease, A known allergy or contraindication to any study medication, Patients currently receiving antiemetic therapy
