Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Amateur volleyball players with at least six months of playing experience. 2. Amateur volleyball players aged between 18–30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Amateur volleyball players currently undergoing rehabilitation. 2. Amateur volleyball players enrolled in similar exercise programmes. 3. Amateur volleyball players with high scores on the Oslo Sports Trauma Research Centre Questionnaire on Health Problems (OSTRC-H2).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary Outcome Vertical Jump Height: Measured in centimeters (cm) using Vertical Jump Test. This measures explosive lower-limb power.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary Outcomes Dynamic Balance: Measured using the Y-Balance Test to assess stability and neuromuscular control. Speed: Measured using the 20-meter Sprint Test to evaluate quickness and directional changes.
