Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with long-segment diffusely diseased LAD, with good ejection fraction and elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with associated valve surgery • Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40% • Patients with severe comorbidities (renal or liver failure) • Patients with heavily calcific LAD
