Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee osteoarthritis with at least 3 months of duration Patients with minimum score of 25 on WOMAC scale score Patient with unilateral or bilateral involvement of the knees Patients able to participate in physical exercise programs (e.g., MET or Pilates).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous history of knee surgeries or joint replacements. Patients with active systemic diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, uncontrolled diabetes, or cardiovascular conditions) Patients with any neurological disorders or other comorbidities that limit physical activity.
