Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Age between 18 and 70yrs. o Physical status: ASA I, II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Known allergy to study drugs o Chronic opioid or sedative use o Cardiovascular instability o Severe hepatic, renal, or respiratory dysfunction o Pregnancy or lactation o DM o metabolic bone disease o any active infection or wound of the knee o history of any knee articular injection or previous knee surgery o grade 4 with OA patients by Kellgren–Lawrence scale.
