Inclusion criteria: • Adults (> 18 years old) • Written, signed, and dated informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals presenting with acute diarrhea at the time of the study • Individuals receiving antibiotic treatment for more than 48 hours at the time of the study

To estimate the prevalence of gastrointestinal carriage of ESBL-producing Enterobacterales in humans. Single time point at enrolment/baseline (cross-sectional; one visit per participant; no follow-up).
