Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary epileptic patients of age range 8-18 years. Both sexes will be included. Focal or generalized controlled epilepsy with at least one month duration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Intellectual disabilities with severe developmental disorders -History of prenatal or natal incidence causing developmental disorders. -Progressive and metabolic disorders leading to epileptic seizures. -Prior epilepsy surgery. -Known hypersensitivity to memantine. -Renal or liver impairment. -Epilepsy with psychological disorder AS, ADHD. -Antiepiletic that make memory impairment as topiramate and phenytoin.
