Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-12 years who require Local anaesthesia for various dental procedures involving the maxillary primary and second molars. 2. Medically healthy children. 3. Children who give their assent and whose parents consent to their participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with a history of Local anaesthesia(LA) administration. 2. Children with special health care needs (CSHCN). 3. Children with known anxiety disorders

| The outcome will be whether the patient was anxious before and after the administration of local anaesthesia. The state of anxiety will be assessed using the Modified Anxiety Scale MDAS and also the SPO2 and pulse rate will be measured before and after local anaesthesia administration.;At the end of treatment procedures, the pulse rate and SPO2 will be recorded. This will help in determining the participant state of anxiety. | — |
