Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patients who are above 18 years old, 2-Patients with supra-sphincteric or high trans-sphincteric fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- patient who are less than 18 years old, 2- Patients refusing to do surgery, 3- Patients with debilitating diseases such as liver cirrhosis and bleeding tendencies, 4- Patients with previous anal surgeries or recurrent fistula, 5- Patients with high trans-sphincteric fistula or supra-sphincteric fistula accompanied by other anal conditions such as anal abscess, or anal stenosis or complicated hemorrhoids, Inflammatory Bowel Disease as Crohn’s, tuberculosis and patients with history of fecal incontinence.
