Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 20–60 years American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA I-II) patients scheduled for elective modified radical mastectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients known to be hypersensitive or contraindication to the studied drugs impaired renal & liver functions history of chronic pain and on medications for this uncontrolled medical disease (cardiovascular, pulmonary, endocrine, neurological, psychiatric, diabetes)
