Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects age ranging from 20-40 years. -Both males and females are included. -Minimum years of education is 10 years. -Participants should have the passion to upgrade their cognitive functions and peak performance. -Valid consent from the participants should be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Subjects with associated co- morbidity such as neurodegenerative diseases, patients with brain imaging showing structural brain lesion. -Patients with medical or metabolic illnesses known to affect cognition. -Subjects with history of head trauma. -Non cooperative subjects. -Subjects with major language disturbance, severe physical, auditory or visual impairment affecting their ability to complete cognitive testing. -Subjects with a history of drug intake known to affect cognition e.g. anti-epileptic, anti-psychotic or anti-cholinergic, patients with a history of alcohol or any substance abuse.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The changes in the Quantitative Electroencephalography and cognitive tests.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The behavioral changes reported by the end of the active sessions, Better awareness, sensation of well being also better working memory and problem solving ability. Promotes a calm-but-alert state (similar to meditative stillness). Shorter sleep onset latency and improved quality of sleep achieved after the 5th session in nearly 6 active NFB participants.
