Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 60–85 years. • Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease treated with levodopa or dopaminergic agonists. • Hoehn and Yahr stage 1 or 2 (mild to moderate disease). • Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 23. • Able to ambulate at least 30 metres without an assistive device. • Able to stand unassisted for at least 15 minutes. • No prior experience using video game consoles. • Not currently participating in other rehabilitation programmes. • Willing and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Other neurological or orthopaedic conditions affecting balance or mobility. • Dementia or clinically relevant depression (Geriatric Depression Scale-15 score = 6). • Any change in Parkinson’s disease medication during the study period.
