Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Smoker for at least 5 years, can decide about consent and assign it, of at least 18 years old and does not participate in another study)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-smoker, known non-smoking related disease e.g. cystic fibrosis, pregnant in the CT group, refusing to assign consent)
