Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years old and above Married women who gave birth at least one under five child Gatekeepers’ who have registered or recognized as permanent resident at least for 6 months Religious leaders who involved in interpreting and teaching religious texts and doctrines, leading worship services and rituals as well as representing their faith within the community. In Islamic religion this includes: Imams, and sheikhs Traditional birth attendants, mothers’ association members (UMUL GAR-GAAR), and village health leaders (VHLs) who have played a role in local governance, maintaining social order and involve in community mobilization in the study area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gatekeepers with serious medical conditions during data collection Participants who fail to give a volunteer informed consent for participation
