Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregiver of an older person with dementia Aged 18 years and above or emancipated minor Willing to be selected by chance to belong to intervention or control group Owning a phone that can sustain a call for at least 30 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Don't fully comprehend Luganda Suffering from an ailment that will make it difficult to participate in the study
