Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurse-midwives in antenatal, labor and delivery, postnatal wards, or neonatal intensive care units. Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in maternity care. Have experience in providing perinatal bereavement care. Midwives who have personal experience with perinatal loss will be included if they feel emotionally capable of participating and give informed consent, acknowledging potential emotional triggers. • Willingness to participate in training and all study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Midwives on extended leave during the data collection period.
