Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meeting the clinical cutoff for smartphone addiction based on the validated assessment tool. Engaging in structured physical activity not exceeding 3000 MET-minutes per week, as assessed by the Arabic version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body Mass Index (BMI) below the 3rd percentile or above the 97th percentile according to WHO growth references. Habitual sleep duration outside the range of 6 to 10 hours per night. Presence of medical or neurological conditions contraindicating participation in physical activity.
