Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are above 18 years old, Patients with third-degree and fourth degree. 2. Obstetric anal sphincter Injuries underwent primary repair

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are less than 18 years old. 2. Refusing to do surgery, 3. Patients with known Inflammatory Bowel Disease and tuberculosis. 4. Patients with a history of fecal incontinence. 5. Women with partial tears of the external anal sphincter.
