Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At the cluster level, the inclusion criteria for the study are that these APs have not received any previous World Vision interventions related to Parenting or Youth Flourishing. Inclusion criteria for Caregiver/Parent respondents: 1) mothers or equivalent female primary caretakers (aged 18 or older) of child/adolescent ages 7 or 17 years; 2) caregivers must live in a household where there is a child registered with World Vision: 3) live within the catchment area (AP) of each study site; 4) caregiver is at least 18 years old The study's unit of observation is the household or family, within which the primary focus is mother-child dyads. Household eligibility hinges on the child's age. Inclusion criteria for child/adolescent respondents: 1) Age 7 to 17 years at initial assessment; 2) All sexes eligible for study (male and female); 3) Lives in the house at least 4 nights per week; 4) Must have an adult primary caregiver who lives in the household, who provides consent, and who participates in the study; 5) Provides assent to participate in the entire study CF Group Facilitators: 1) Age 18 or older; 2) Is a faith leader or community leader; 3) Trained as a facilitator for the CF Parenting program; 4) Provides consent to participate in the entire study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for caregiver/parent respondents: 1) Caregiver does not live with child; households without children: 2) Any caregiver exhibiting severe mental health problems or acute mental disabilities; 3) Caregiver has already participated in the Celebrating Families program OR a Positive Parenting. Exclusion criteria for child/adolescent respondents: 1) The child is identified by the main caregiver as having a disability (e.g., speaking/communicating, seeing, hearing, self-care); 2) Child or caregiver refusal to participate in the study.
