Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6–59 months Diagnosed with severe acute malnutrition (MUAC < 11.5 cm and/or WHZ < -3) Clinically stable and eligible for outpatient care Written informed consent from caregiver

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe medical complications Known allergy to peanuts, milk, or RUTF components Participation in another nutrition intervention trial
