Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: confirmed clinical diagnosis of severe to profound SNHL Age between 10 and 16 years Ability to comprehend instructions via sign language Functional use of both upper and lower limbs Capacity to ambulate and perform daily living activities independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior cochlear implantation Presence of cognitive, physical, visual, or neurological conditions There is a history of deformities or surgical interventions affecting the upper limbs, lower limbs, or trunk.
