Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: post mastectomy unilateral lymphedema at least 6 months earlier The diagnosis was confirmed by the patient's oncologist based on the appearance of heaviness and swelling in the upper limb in the same side of mastectomy surgery lymphoscintigraphy Imaging was used to visualize lymphatic impairment and confirm the diagnosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cancer metastasis open ulcer scar tissue lymphedema more than 5 years nerve injury or neurological disorders affecting muscle tone and mechanical properties of the muscles
