Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suprabony pockets with probing pocket depths = 6 mm and CAL = 5 mm. Medically free Patients. Patients capable of maintaining proper oral hygiene and attending follow-up appointments. Single-rooted teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any complicated bone loss patterns, such as vertical bone defects. Pregnant and lactating. Smoker patients. Patients with traumatic occlusion, unless they have received appropriate treatment. Presence of gingival recession. Patients who have taken antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, anticonvulsants, or immunosuppressive medications in the past three months Patients who have had any other periodontal procedures within the last six months.
