Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patients diagnosed with acute STEMI, undergoing PPCI, with a suitable transthoracic echocardiographic window, complete medical records, including (medical history, clinical examination, 12-lead ECG, transthoracic echocardiography, CA, and PCI details).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with multi-vessel CAD not suitable for PCI, with a poor transthoracic echocardiographic window, severe renal impairment (e.g., requiring dialysis or with significantly elevated creatinine levels), severe hepatic impairment or liver failure, post PCI post CABG.

Monitoring for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) including: Recurrent myocardial infarction, in-hospital mortality, heart failure requiring medical intervention, stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) and vascular complications or major bleeding. and Calculation of CHA2DS2-VASc-HSF scores

MeasureTime frame
Complication monitoring: Immediate assessment of procedural complications, including bleeding, coronary dissection, and no-reflow phenomenon.
