Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age ranging between 19-65 years. Both sex. Patients who have primary overactive bladder (Patients or their first guardians accepted to participate in the current study and accepted to provide informed written consent) .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients who did not give consent. - Patients 65yrs. - Patients with the presence of liver disease, chronic kidney disease, closed-angle glaucoma, stress incontinence, or neurological cause of abnormal detrusor activity. - Patients in which drugs could not be given (hypersensitivity to drugs, any history of bladder retention, closed-angle glaucoma). - Patients who had a history of any operation related to voiding dysfunction (TAP, Prolapse and BPH). - Patients who failed medical treatment for overactive bladder - elderly male patients complaining from BPH and overactive bladder at the same settings.
