Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with a primary ventral hernia (umbilical, paraumbilical, or epigastric hernia) Candidates for elective laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal ventral hernia repair Patients fit for general anesthesia and laparoscopy Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Recurrent ventral or incisional hernias Complicated ventral hernias (irreducible, obstructed, or strangulated) Contraindications to laparoscopy or general anesthesia Patients with significant comorbid conditions precluding elective surgery
