Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants included : - adults aged 18 to 65 years with confirmed celiac disease diagnosis. - persistent gastrointestinal symptoms including abdominal pain or bloating and provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria comprised: other gastrointestinal disorders (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis); history of major gastrointestinal surgery; severe systemic or autoimmune diseases; recent or ongoing use of probiotics, prebiotics, or supplements within four weeks before inclusion; pregnancy or breastfeeding; inability to follow study protocol; severe psychiatric or cognitive disorders; known allergies to probiotics or supplement ingredients; celiac disease diagnosis less than 6 months prior.
