Inclusion criteria: -pt with idiopathic immune thrombocytopenia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -seconary causes of immune throbocytopenia and malignancy

Primary Outcome: “Difference in CD19 and CD38 expression levels on peripheral blood lymphocytes between patients with idiopathic immune thrombocytopenia and healthy controls at baseline, measured by flow cytometry (% positive cells and mean fluorescence intensity) ,

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Correlation between CD19 and CD38 expression levels and platelet count in ITP patients. 2. Comparison of CD19 and CD38 expression between newly diagnosed and chronic ITP patients. 3. Assessment of changes in CD19 and CD38 expression after first-line therapy (optional follow-up at 3 months).
