Inclusion criteria: High trans-sphincteric non-branching fistula

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Branching or complex high fistulas, supra- or extra-sphincteric fistulas, inter-sphincteric or horseshoe tracts, Crohn’s disease, recurrent fistulas, undrained collections or side tracts, malignancy-related fistulas
